Hello from PinchPost!

I've got something cool to tell you

Hello, it's me!

How has it already been a month since PinchPost was launched? Time flies when you're painting away in an attic.

I've been keeping a little more distance from online activities and physical markets for Spring, as I've been extremely busy organising something rather big. I can't announce it quite yet, but please stay tuned and save the date - 30th May 2024. I promise I won’t be a big massive tease for much longer. Well, maybe a bit.

In the meantime, I have a busy March and April ahead where I'm excited to say I'll be participating in the following events:

Headway Charity Auction - Monday 4th March to Friday 7th March - The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich.

I was approached earlier this year to participate in my first charity art auction in aid of Headway - A charity supporting those who have suffered with head trauma and it's lasting effects. As someone who suffers with M.E, brain fog is a massive symptom and have therefore donated a framed print of “Southwold Harbour” to the auction. Click here for more information!

Local Makers Samples and Seconds Market - Saturday 23rd March to Sunday 24th March - St Mary's Shoe Factory, Norwich.

I'm back with the wonderful Local Makers Market for my second pop up if the year, but with a penny-saving twist! This market is specifically for Samples and Seconds products, including deadstock, imperfect prints and above all, discounted items exclusive to this pop up. I often have slightly imperfect colour balanced or quality prints that come my way before sending off a full order of various works, and here you'll be able to purchase them for up to 50% off their full price counterparts.

Mind Aid Festival - Monday 25th March - Sunday 31st March - The Undercroft Gallery, Market Place, Norwich.

Mind Aid Festival is a community led project spearheaded by Joey La Meche (@joeylameche) and has this year come to Norwich to help equip people with techniques to better their mental health. I'm pleased to say three of my pieces have been hand selected by curator and artist Jeanne Gagnierie (@Seeka.finda) for the exhibition arm of the festival. I’ll be there invigilating in the afternoon on the 28th, so come say hi!

Head to Joey and Jeanne’s instagram accounts to explore more workshops and events such as Hot Pod Yoga, live performances and more.

Spring Art Show 2024 - Wednesday 3rd April to Sunday 7th April - The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich

I’m pleased to inform you I have been accepted into 2024’s Spring Art Show, curated by Brian Kortelling. This exhibition has been on my bucket list for a little while now, and I’m thrilled to be a part and exhibit alongside some local artists I really look up to. Head to the Spring Art Show’s website to see the full line-up.

Lastly, I have a new stockist! You can now find me in the Anteros Arts Foundation shop for my bestselling greetings cards and prints 7 days a week! If you however prefer something pre-framed, then Norwich Art Shop still is the place to go (also open every day).

Again, as a thank you to you lovely lot subscribing to PinchPost, if you can't come down to any of the above you can have an exclusive discount online by using code “SpringPost15” for 15% off all orders over £10.00. Code valid until 23:59 29/03/24.
